St John Ambulance is Kenya’s most experienced and preferred organization in first aid and ambulance services. Our number one priority is to maintain the care and comfort of the patient while meeting their individual needs. St John is a founded on compassion and service to humanity.

The ambulances are cared for by experienced and talented ambulance officers who provide lifesaving medical treatment. They are one of the health system's greatest assets and are vital for delivering effective out of hospital care.
Ambulance Services
- Emergency Rescue Is Free Of Charge - We provide 24-Hr emergency help during accidents, fires, and other disasters. This service is free to all Kenyans, therefore, if you spot an accident, please do not hesitate to call St John's ambulance.
- Patient Transfer Service- We provides patient transport and care to and from hospital appointments. (Between 2,000-5,000/=)
- Event First Aid and Standby Ambulance Cover- we provide you a standby ambulance as well as experienced and passionate emergency medical officers for safety of your events. You become covered by paying a coverage charge, which depends on the hours of your event. Call 020 22 10 000 for more details
- Ambulance Evacuation Cover-Under this cover, St John Ambulance provides you 24/7 unlimited ambulance rescue services throughout the year and access to emergency medical helpline. You become covered by paying an annual premium which depends on the number of employees/dependants. Call 020-340 262 for more information or download application form
- You need to be an M-PESA registered customer.
- Ensure you have sufficient funds in your M-PESA account to cover the amount you are paying.
- Select ‘Pay Bill’ from your M-PESA menu
- Enter the business number 224444
- Enter the name of service you are paying for as account number. E.g. “PATIENT TRANSFER”
- Enter the amount you wish to pay (between Ksh 50 – 70,000)
- Enter your M-PESA PIN
- Confirm details are correct and press OK
- You will receive a confirmation message imediately. Show this as proof of payment.
