Act of Parliament, Cap 259
St John in Kenya was established by an Act of Parliament, Chapter 259 of the Laws of Kenya. The Act came into effect in 1959 (almost 30 years after St John started operations in the country), and lists the objectives, governance and membership guidelines for St John in Kenya, among other things.
